The Partner platform's complex and fragmented workflows hindered navigation and task management. To improve the user experience, I streamlined the platform by designing role-specific journeys, enhancing navigation, and integrating tools, leading to a cohesive, user-centered strategy.

Overview

The Partner platform faced significant challenges with complexity and disconnected workflows, making navigation and task management difficult for users. Operators often struggled to move seamlessly from account creation to key workflows, impacting efficiency and user satisfaction. To address these issues, the project aimed to create a streamlined, role-specific experience that simplifies processes, improves navigation, and connects tools to provide a cohesive, user-centered platform.

The Challenge

The lack of clear workflows and role-specific guidance created inefficiencies and confusion for platform users. Key challenges included:
