Mary "Maria Lucia" Sargent is a designer based in Los Angeles. She founded Gothic Moon Studio — a solo design practice with an editorial, occult-inflected sensibility — where she works at the intersection of brand, interface, and experience design. Her background spans media, gaming, and product, with past work rooted in design systems, user research, and cross-functional leadership. Outside the studio, she makes art, models, and studies at Otis College of Art and Design. She believes design is less about decoration and more about revealing what's already there.
